How does it play?
'Revenge of the B-movie' is a game that proceeds in rounds, each one being made of two sections: the creation phase and the selling phase. At the start of each round each player is dealt a hand of cards, and then they take it in turns to either play a card or discard a card. The cards are all bits of movie titles as and are made up of 5 types:
| Introduction | Special Fx | Monster/ Monster & Make-up |
![]() |
![]() |

| Finale | Connection | |

When they choose to play a card they can start a new film title or play a card into an existing film title, including an opponents. Whenever they play a card they may also wrap one of their own films, meaning that no one, including themselves, can add to that film.
Once everyone has played or discarded all their cards the game goes into a selling phase. Each player may try and sell any of their films that is wrapped. They first add up the cult value in the top right hand corner of the film, taking into account any edits in the bottom right hand corner that may change a cards value. This done they roll a d6 and try to get under the cult value. If they manage then the film sells and they get an amount of money dependent on the length of the film, and its total cult value.
The first person to a set amount of money, based on the number of players, is the winner of the game.
