First Review

The first review of 'Revenge of the B-Movie!' went up just after Games Expo. You can find it through our new 'Reviews' page.

I have update the retailers page recently as well to include the first two shops to stock our games. Hopefully we will be adding some more over the coming weeks and months. The next month or so should see us putting in our second order for the game and also securing a couple of distribution deals. More on that though nearer the time.

Games Expo a great success, shop news

Well I am back from the hallowed ground of Birmingham and I am happy to report that Games Expo 2008 was a great success for 'The Giant Brain'

I was on the Collective Endeavour stall which was great fun, and we ran loads of demos and did some good sales over the weekend. I took 42 'Revenge of the B-Movie' with me, sold 40 and comped 2. A fantastic start I think you will agree. I am awaiting the second part of my first run and then I will be putting the shop site live. That should hopefully be by the end of this week.

B-Movie arrives!!!

B-Movie has finally arrived! It looks fantastic and I am very excited about launching it at 'Games Expo' in Birmingham. The official launch date will be 31st May, and I will be opening up the shop part of the website on the 2nd of June, once I am back from the con.

In other news I have finalised details for the American launch of the game. It will be available through the 'Guild of Blades' site, URL to be confirmed. Those who wish to can still order it direct from our site and it will be shipped over to the states. Pics to follow as soon as I can upload them.

I arrived home today to find a parcelforce pick up note amongst my mail. Fingers crossed it will be 'Revenge of the B-movie'. See below for some info on buying the game stateside.

In other news 'Guild of Blades' will be putting together a retail site soon which will include 'Revenge of the B-Movie'. This will make it a lot easier for gamers on that side of the pond to buy it. Of course you can still order it directly from this site as well. I will be posting up the launch details for the product in the next day or so.

Updates and Tuck boxes

We have updated the site a little to make things easier to maintain and you can find a picture of the tuck box on our forums.

Well some of my fine friends have finshed doing some web jiggery pokery to my site so that things are a little easier to update for me. Basically this means the front page looks a little tidier and the news page has changed. For each article you will get the date, title and a brief summary. Sometimes you will have a little bit below it that you can open by clicking 'read more'. In these sections I will expand on the above article. Much like I am doing now.

In other news Ryan at Guild of Blades has sent me a picture of the tuck box. You can find it over in our forums. Looks good and the stock is now on its way. I will be announcing a release date very soon.

Things have been moving and shaking at Giant Brain HQ and we will posting up a release date for 'Revenge of the B-Movie' very soon. All going well the game will be out by the end of April and will debut con wise at the Games Expo down in Birmingham.

Hope you all had a good new year and that Santa was good to you.

It has been a hectic couple of months for me but I have finally gotten out of the post-christmas madness that goes on at my work and can get back to concentrating on the Giant Brain. This is going to be a big year which will see the launch of our first product which I am really looking forward to. At the moment it is looking like that will be 'Reel Adventures' as I am still working out how to get 'Revenge of the B-Movie' out there. I have started updating my blog again which you can find here.

Dragonmeet and Stitch

I will be at Dragonmeet this weekend bearing copies of 'Revenge of the B-Movie', 'Reel Adventures' and 'Stitch'.

'Stitch' was originally available for free during the Game Chef competition and I provide that version for free.

More Delays

Unfortunately my difficulty in finding a reasonable quote for B-Movie continues and I have had to delay the project until 2008. When in 2008? Your guess is as good as mine.

In other news, work continues on 'Reel Adventures' and 'Stitch'. I will be present on the Collective Endeavour Stall at Dragonmeet, wearing my 'Mob Justice' hat. However I will have draft versions of 'Reel Adventures', 'Stitch' and 'B-Movie' with me for people to look at and play. See you there.

Welcome to the Giant Brain!

Well after much hard work and help from friends I have finally launched my site. A big thank you to everyone who helped me understand how to get this done. I could not have achieved this without your technical expertise and emotional support.

Over the next couple of months there will be more information about 'Reel Adventures', 'Revenge of the BMovie' and a project in early stages of development called 'Stitch'. If you want to ask any questions please visit our forums.
